SRS1669-RT104CH is a new product for soft tube, with varnishing and
four color screen printing and 1 color hot-stamping for cosmetic
soft tubes.
This equipment is designed with high precision ( tolerance control
is less than 0.2mm) !!
Automatic screen overprinting and hot stamping with independent
servo frequency control. Its printing speed up to 70 pieces/minute.
Servo gearless design, faster and easier fixture change, less
vulnerable parts.
Features:
1. This machine is equipped automatic loading and unloading
systems, mechanical devices combined with PLC control.
2. Adopted main components from Rexroth, Schneider, SMC, Mitsubishi
etc; Mechanical parts made by CNC dirtctly from CAD design.
3. Adopted touch screen interface. Quick setup & quick toolings
change.
4. Adopted with No-object No-printing system, auto counter, safety
guard, out of working alarm device and auto separating device for
faulty printing.
5. Automatic optical register system, pre-printing and
post-printing coating system. Can be equipped according to order.
6. Automatic feeders can be designed for specific products to
improve efficiency.
