brazed plate heat exchanger can be composed of different steps
according to different main parameters to improve its heat transfer
efficiency.
The brazed plate heat exchanger has no sealant pad, the plate is
welded with copper Bo high-temperature melting electric welding,
the plate has a circular curved wavy design scheme, which can make
the fluid mechanics in low water flow can also complete the
seepage, heat transfer efficiency. The volume of brazed plate heat
exchanger is generally small, and the key application is in
ultra-high pressure, and the leather pad can not be integrated into
the working condition.
The steps of its fluid mechanics in the plate can be composed of
many aspects according to the actual application situation, and it
is generally composed of single step and multi-step. If the
material on both sides is symmetrical in a single step, one side of
the material can be a single step and the other side of the
material can be a double step, and both sides of the material can
be composed of different steps. The specification composition of
the brazed plate heat exchanger is that the hot and cold sides are
single steps, and multi-step heat exchangers can also be tailored
according to customers' requirements.
The method of step composition should be calculated according to
heat transfer and hydrodynamic friction resistance, and the
convective heat transfer index in the cold and hot flow channels
should be the same or close to each other as far as possible, so as
to have good heat conduction. Because the convective heat transfer
index on both sides of the heat conduction surface is the same or
close, the thermal conductivity is very large.
Although the flow rate of brazed plate heat exchangers varies from
plate to plate, the average flow rate is still used to calculate
heat transfer and hydrodynamic friction resistance. Because the "U"
shaped single step docking is fixed on the clamping plate,
disassembly is convenient.
