Hastelloy C276®-UNS N10276 Advanced Nickel Alloy

Hastelloy C276® is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with
excellent corrosion resistance in harsh environments. The high
content of nickel and molybdenum makes nickel steel alloys
particularly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion in reducing
environments, while chromium is resistant to oxidation. Although
there are many variants of Hastelloy nickel alloy, Hastelloy C276
is by far the most widely used.
The thickness of Hastelloy C276® sheet ranges from .025 to .120″.
The thickness of Hastelloy C276® sheet in coils is 24″ lighter. The
thickness of Hastelloy C276® board is 3 inches.
Hastelloy C276® steel bars can provide forged steel bars with a
maximum diameter of 12 inches, and can be forged in larger sizes
and shapes according to orders.
The maximum size of Hastelloy C276® seamless pipe is 6″ NB. Larger
size (100% X-ray) can be provided when welding the structure, and
it can also be customized on demand. Almost any size of re-drawn
pipe and pipe can be provided. The size or quantity is small.
There are butt welding and forging parts, which can also shorten
the delivery time.
The available forms of Hastelloy C276® are seamless pipes, welded
