Scope of application:
Under specified conditions, the test method for testing the flame
resistance characteristics of the facing fire retardant coating
coated on the surface of the combustible substrate is also suitable
for the determination of the flame resistance time of the facing
fire retardant coating
Conform to the standard:
meet the requirements of GB/T 12441-2005 (Appendix A) test
standard.
Main parameters:
Test station: 1 station
Temperature uniformity: ±2.5°C
Specimen size: L900*W900 thickness is 5mm, and the surface is flat
and smooth.
Temperature control system: digital display temperature control
table, which can record multiple sets of data at the same time.
Thermocouple: outer diameter is not more than 3mm; The wire
diameter is 0.5 mm, the accuracy is not less than class II., and
the measuring range is 1300°C.
The timer error is not more than 1s/h.
Automatic alarm: the five-way thermocouple on the backfire surface
of the sample will automatically alarm when the temperature reaches
220°C.
Gas source: liquefied petroleum gas or natural gas, purity 95 or
above. (User-provided)
The air volume of the blower is (1~5) m3/min adjustable.

Blowtorch: SUS304 material, my company self-made.
Equipment structure:
The main control box, blower device, combustion support, and
burning blowtorch four parts. The control box is removable.
Components, Materials:
The frame material is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel
square welding, and the control box is made of (t=1.2mm)
electrostatic steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with plastic,
which is more smooth and beautiful.
Control system:
The control box adopts relay control system, and all electronic
components are made of domestic leading brands, which can better
ensure the working performance and detection accuracy of the
machine.
The temperature adopts imported intelligent P.I.D thermostat (with
automatic calculation function) and high-precision PT100
thermocouple sensor and timer.
The equipment has the following safety protection devices: power
overload protection, short circuit protection, control loop
overload protection, ultra-high temperature protection.
Environmental conditions of use:
There are no sources of strong electromagnetic radiation in the
vicinity. Leave proper maintenance space around the equipment.
Temperature: room temperature ~ 40°C.
Power requirements: AC220 (±10%)V/50HZ
Allowable voltage fluctuation range: 220V±10%.
Allowable frequency fluctuation range: 50Hz±1%.
When the equipment is not working, the temperature of the
environment should be kept within 0~45°C
