Production Flow Processing and inspection

required by the design.

rough machining to initially shape the connecting rod.
4. Heat treatment: Heat treatment is performed on the connecting
rod to improve the mechanical properties of its material.
5. Finishing: Use lathes, grinders and other equipment for
finishing, so that the connecting rod reaches the accuracy and
surface finish required by the design.
6. Assembly: Assemble the processed connecting rod with other parts
to form a complete mechanical device.
7. Inspection: Conduct quality inspection on the assembled
connecting rod to check whether its size, shape and surface quality
meet the requirements.
