Function

The machine is used to fold evenly and lapped the fiber webs into certain width and thickness, which is for next working procedure.

Structure and characteristics:

• The machine adopts advanced servo motor drive and utilizes special servo motion control linkage system.
• The machine has the function of transverse profile for a good evenness in cross direction.
• The machine uses lifetime anti-static light weight lattice transmission system with good lateral stiffness and high conductivity.
• Each lattice driving roller is seamless steel, and specially strengthened at the ends of axletree.
• Cross lapping and Reciprocating is subsection controlled accurately.
• Double belt pressing roller lattice is equipped at the output of the cross lapper.
