Introduction:
The bale opener is the most important machine for the fine opening
and blending of all type of fibers. The machine is composed of:
-Front part for the fiber storage
-Middle part is for feeding and pre-opening
-Latter part is for weighing the fibers with certain proportions
Bale opener as a kind of fiber opening machines. It works to open
fibers and quota fiber input quantity by auto weighting system,
meanwhile raw material mixture proportion can be set by means of
the collaboration of several bale openers.
Function and characteristics:
1. Preliminarily opening and loosening the fibers from compacted
package
2. Available for opening various fibers and setting input quantity
3. Using a combination of several units to setting the mixing
proportion of different raw material fibers.
Features and Advantages:
1. Machine frame is made of Q235-A armor plate, which is cut with
plasma by numerical control, and CNC bending, modularization
assembly.
2. The spiked lattice is made of high quality wood with canvas
interlining and surrounded with angle steel for supporting.
3. Conveying lattice is made of two sub-section PVC belt in high
and low dislocation arrangement.
4. Feeding is controlled by photo electric automatically and the
Spike lattice is controlled by separate inverter to control the
feeding amount.
5. Larger aluminum alloy hoppers, controlled by air cylinders.
6. The maximum opening frequency can reach 3 times per minute,
precisely weighing by electronic.
