Y2SA2 4.0A High Voltage 2Phase Stepper Drive with Alarm Output 80-265AC input for Nema23 to 47 Hybrid Stepper Motors
1. Products Overview
This Y2SA2 has an input voltage range from 80VAC to 265VAC with high reliability, and great speed torque performance.
Step drives are widely used in factory automation, carving machines, electronic product manufacturing, logistics sorting, robots, various special automation equipment, medical equipment, CNC machine tools, laser equipment, printing machinery, material processing, safety system, navigation system, industrial test and measurement etc. There are many fields such as measurement and metering systems.
Principles of step driver selection:
Four factors must be considered to choose a proper stepper driver: motor type, motor voltage, motor phase current, micro stepping or subdivision, maximum input frequency and mechanical size.
The open-loop and closed -loop step motors need different drivers. At the same time, the 2-phase, 3-phase, and the 5-phase step motor need to choose different stepper drivers, too. Based on the load, calculate the torque needed for the stepper motor.
When selecting the step drive, you need to ensure that the drive output current is a larger range. This can test the system at different voltage levels to meet different application needs. The output current of the drive should not be less than 1.4 times the rated current of the motor.
Choose different micro stepping or subdivisions to test the smoothness of motor.
Because the frequency of the input pulse signal determines the speed of the motor, when the high speed is required, it is necessary to specifically confirm whether the drive can receive a high enough control signal frequency. This mainly depends on the performance of the photovoltaic coupling device and whether the performance of the peripheral filter circuit can clearly filter off the high -frequency interference signal.
Finally, you need to consider whether the size of the step drive is matched with the size of the installation position space.
