The differences between electric spindle and mechanical spindle,
Drive method. The electrical spindle is driven by electric motors,
which is adjusted by the inverter to adjust the speed and torque,
which is suitable for high speed and high precision applications.
The mechanical spindle uses traditional mechanical devices, such as
belts and gears to achieve speed adjustment.
Scope of application processing. Due to its high accuracy and high
efficiency, the main shaft is suitable for high-precision and
high-speed processing fields such as CNC machine tools and high
-speed cutting processing centers; the mechanical spindle is more
suitable for areas with low -speed processing, simple operation,
and low cost.
Maintenance costs. Due to the relatively complicated maintenance

small thermal expansion coefficients. The sliding bearing is larger
in heating, so not widely used.
