Some key points about RFoG Mini Nodes:

1. Mini Node refers to it being a small compact node unit meant for installation at the subscriber premises like homes or multi-dwelling units.
2. It converts the optical signals from the fiber network into RF electrical signals that can be distributed over coaxial cables inside the home for TVs, cable modems, etc.
3. It supports transmission of video, data and voice services over a single optical fiber using different RF frequency bands.
4. Miniaturized design allows easy installation and lower costs compared to traditional RF nodes.
5. Provides the interface between the fiber optic network and the in-home coaxial wiring for delivery of triple-play services.

So in summary, it is a small customer premises equipment (CPE) optical node enabling fiber-based video/data/voice services distribution inside homes and apartments over existing in-home coax cabling using the RFoG technology standard.
