Add a minimum of 10-15% of sawdust/ biofuel pellets/dry grass/dry leaves with every batch of organic food waste in the organic waste composting machine
For 50Kgs organic food waste batches add at least 5-10Kgs sawdust
If more citrus or watery organic food wastage add more sawdust for absorbing water and citrus content from the mixture or remove excess water from the organic waste for better compost before adding it to the organic composting machine
If the quantity of organic food waste has drier components like dry leaves / dry Biodegradable Waste Compost Machine added to organic Waste Converter machine then add 10-15 liters of water in the machine to maintain moisture content 35-55%
Give at least 24 hours for Organic Waste to Compost Making with the help of Organic Waste Converter
Keep a check on material viscosity after 12 hours twice or thrice a day if the material is found wet in the composting tank at later stages add saw dust/dry leaves/dry grass/biofuel pellets accordingly
Maintain calibration sheet of temperature after adding food waste or organic waste after every 8-10 hours to keep a check on the Climate control unit
Lubricate Shredder after every use with machine oil/hydraulic oil /rust oil
Clean Food Waste Converter Machine on a daily basis
