Description of Zirconia Bearing 6000 (Zirconia+) :

1. ZrO2 races and balls: Races are made by highly purified, sub-micron and after Y2O3-TZP stabled zirconia powder material, are processed by HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology. The races are assembled with after HIP processed zirconia balls in size of 4.763mm.

2. cage: has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance (is one of the best corrosion resistance materials in the world today,) can resistant to molten metal sodium and liquid fluorine, to all kinds of acid and alkali resistance and organic solvent, with sealing, high lubrication, non-viscosity, electrical insulation and good anti-aging endurance, excellent temperature resistance (can work in +250℃ to -180℃ temperature for a long time). So the cage and seals of this material fitted in bearings can be used in many special working condition.
