Lightweight Mullite Insulation Bricks Features:
1. Low thermal conductivity, with good thermal insulation effect;
2. Low thermal melting, due to low thermal conductivity, the
mullite series of lightweight insulation bricks accumulate little
heat energy, and the energy saving effect is obvious in
intermittent operation; 3. Low impurity content has very low iron
box alkali metal and other oxide content, therefore, high
refractoriness; high aluminum content makes it maintain good
performance in a reducing atmosphere; 4. High compressive strength
in hot state; 5. Accurate appearance and size, speed up the
masonry, reduce the amount of refractory mud, ensure the strength
and stability of the masonry, thereby extending the life of the
lining; 6. It can be processed into special shapes to reduce the
number of bricks and joints. It can be directly used for the lining
of high-temperature kilns, and has been widely used in shuttle
kilns, roller kilns, glass and petrochemical kilns.

regulars are Chinese standard MG23 (1230°C), MG25(1350°C), MG26(1400°C), MG27(1450°C), MG28(1510°C), MG30(1620°C), MG32 (1730°C); and similar JM23, JM25, JM26, JM27, JM28, JM30, JM32; and K23, K25, K26, K27, K28, K30, K32 and others likes A series, A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7; B series, B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7; C series, C1, C2, C3 and some refractories have their own name, like MD, HT and so on.
