The working environment temperature of external deceleration drum and electric drum is -20℃~+40℃, the temperature of conveyed materials does not exceed 60℃, and the altitude of the place of use generally does not exceed 1,000 meters.

Electric Drum Roller Performance

The YTH type externally mounted reduction drum adopts advanced electric drum production technology and hard-tooth surface planetary gear transmission, with stable operation, low noise, strong overload capacity and wide power range. It can be equipped with hydraulic coupling, backstop and brake, and is suitable as a driving device for large and medium-sized belt conveyors in various harsh environments.

Electric Motor Moving Rollers Composition

The YTH type externally mounted reduction drum consists of three parts: the drum body, the driver and the motor bracket (type I does not have a motor bracket). The drum body mainly includes motors, couplings, fluid couplings, backstops, brakes and other components. The motor bracket is made of welded steel and is used to install the motor and guard. The user can design and manufacture it as needed.
