Industrial Drum Brake Overview:
Industrial Brakes are mainly manufactured for lifting and transporting machinery,
metallurgical equipment, mining equipment, construction machinery,
wind power and nuclear power equipment, ships and marine heavy
equipment.
Crane Brakes are of different types according to different job requirements.
Mainly by controlling the rotation and inertial motion of the
motor, the control equipment can be stopped, accelerated or
decelerated to maintain a certain motion state. Due to the working
function of the crane, the brake failure is absolutely not allowed
in the process of lifting heavy objects. If the brake fails, it
will be uncontrollable due to inertia, which will damage the
equipment or threaten the health and safety of surrounding people.
Therefore, the brake plays a very important role in the safe and
stable operation of the crane equipment.
Thruster Drum Brakes Working Condition:
1. During the operation, there shouldn't be flammable, explosive
and corrosive gases around. If these gases are inevitable, then
anti-corrosion and anti-explosion brakes should be used.
2. Air humidity should not be greater than 90%.
3. Ambient temperature should be between -20℃ and 50℃.
4. Generally three-phase AC power supply: 380 V 50 Hz.
