The motor drives the bottle-arranging faceplate to work through
gear transmission. The bottles in the bottle bucket are rotated
from the bottom of the bottle-arranging flower plate to the top of
the bottle-arranging plate through the semi-circular groove of the
bottle-arranging flower plate. The bottom-up bottle is turned over
to complete the bottle.
2. SL-16H Electronic Counting Machine
The bottle blocking device on the bottle feeding track of the
bottle conveying mechanism will block the bottle conveyed by the
upper equipment at the bottling position and wait for filling. The
medicine enters the medicine warehouse in an orderly manner through
the vibration of the feeding corrugated plate, and a counting
photoelectric sensor is installed on the medicine warehouse.

The bottle blocking cylinder on the bottle feeding track of the
bottle conveying mechanism blocks the bottle conveyed by the upper

for the desiccant to be filled, and the bottle mouth is aligned
with the shearing mechanism. The stepper motor drives the bag
feeding mechanism to pull the desiccant bag out of the desiccant
bag tray. The color sensor detects the desiccant bag and controls
the length of the bag. The scissors cut the desiccant bag and put
it into the bottle.

6. TBJ1520 Type Self-Adhesive Round Bottle Labeling Machine
The bottles that need to be labeled are transported by the bottle
feeding track, and the bottles are pulled equidistantly by the
bottle distance adjustment mechanism.The photoelectric sensor senses the passing bottles and sends out a
signal. The paper tape is tensioned and coded by the coding
machine, and the photoelectric sensor for marking paper positioning
is positioned according to the length of the marking paper, so that
the length of a piece of marking paper pulled out from the marking
paper is equal.
The label paper is automatically peeled off, and it is flatly
attached to the required position of the bottle to complete the
entire labeling process.
