EcooGraphix Printing Blanket is suitable for UV printing. Appropriate to package and metal UV printing.

2. Characteristic

3. Structure

The printing blanket typically comprises three layers:

A: A base layer made of non-woven fabric or spun-bonded non-woven fabric, positioned against the printing cylinder.

B: A soft, highly resilient intermediate rubber layer, featuring void-free compressibility and closed gas pores.

C: An outer elastomeric layer, void-free and positioned facing the printing material.

• Clean the blanket with fast volatile organic solvents
• Clean rolls when ink color changing or refilling
• Release the blanket off the cylinder when the printing machine stopped for a long time
• New blankets should be stored in dry and cool place covered with dark layer.

5. About Blanket Aluminum Bar

We provide blankets with or without bars, depending on customer preference. There is a surcharge of $5 for each pair of bars. If you require a blanket with bars, kindly inform us of the machine model or bar size.

We offer blankets in various sizes, available in both sheet and roll formats. Each blanket is carefully rolled and packaged in polymer bags and cartons, ensuring ample protection during transit. Customers have the flexibility to customize the content of the back side, typically featuring a logo or size information.
