Galvanized Steel Grating Description
The press-lock steel grid is constructed with two close-tolerance
slotted bars bonded together
by tremendous hydraulic pressure. And this production can let
press-locked grating be a permanent
locking. With high strength and firm structure, it's widely used in
industrial factories or parks,
commercial buildings, municipal engineering as stair treads,
platforms, walkways, security screens,
tree covers, trench covers, drainage covers and so on.
Only the bearing bars are notched, the cross bars are common plain
steel. And they have
different height.
Welded metal grating is joined at the intersection of the bearing
bars and cross bars. Welded bar grating is a versatile option for
light to moderate loads. When heavy duty loads are present, the
Heavy Duty metal grating provides a nice option. This is
appropriate for highways, airport runways, bridge floors and all
wheel traffic applications.
Light Duty bar grating ranges in size from 3/4" x 3/16" to 2-1/2" x
3/16". Heavy Duty bar grating ranges in size from 1-1/4" x 1/4" to
6" x 1/2"

3)Bearing Bar (Load Bar) Specifications (mm):The
specification(thickness of bearing bar)of plain type and serrated
type is 20 x 3 to 100 x 10;
4)Cross bar pitch(mm) :38, 40, 50, 60, 76, 80, 100, 110, 120 etc.
Flat steel: the material is Q235 or stainless steel, there are
ordinary plane type, anti-skid tooth type and section I type,
usually specifications are 20*5, 25*5, 30*3, 32*5, 40*5, 40*3,
50*5, 65*5, 100*8, 100*10 and so on.
Rail: material and flat steel, the use of twisted square steel, it
is made of the disk by square horizontal drawing and twisting,
