Steam shrink tunnel HF-2000MS

The HF-2000M steam tunnel was designed and developed by HOWFOND company, used for most of common bottles, normally used to work together with sleeve applicator.

Steam shrink tunnel HF-2000MS Features:

(1) Superb shrink finish with filled or cold bottles.

(2) Windows are installed inside of tunnel’s body with water leaking holes, no water getting out.

(3) Windows are installed inside of tunnel’s body with water leaking holes, no water getting out.

(4) Steam tubes are made of SS316 with rubber wrapping.

(5) Low running cost, 45-50kg steam/0.4~0.6Mpa (30-36kw boiler).

(6) 6 Steam spray tubes are adjustable for complex shapes of bottles, 3 sections shrinking.

(7) Exhausting blower is on the top of tunnel, its speed is adjustable.

(8) Simple manual adjustment, and completed control.

(9) Precise steam control by 3 digital handles for 3 section shrinking areas.

(10) Full body of tunnel is made of SS304 stainless steel

(11) Strong and easy 0perational handles on windows.

(12) Steam tube with Ball type connection, to avoid steam leaking.

(13) water outlet/water collection tray to avoid getting ground wet.
