I.Overview
The Mono-Conductor Tungsten Filled Stem Bar is used to provide the
mass required to enable the downhole tools and instruments to fall
against the differential pressure and friction at the surface
pack-off or grease injection head or stuffing box assembly.
The Mono-Conductor Tungsten Filled Stem Bars are used instead of
conventional stems or lead filled stems when additional weight per
foot on a given outside diameter is required.
The Mono-Conductor Tungsten Filled Stem bar consists of a top sub
with fish neck and pin thread, a sub with a box connection .
They are available in various sizea and lengths.
II.Any size can be customized according to customer requirements.
III.Technical requirements
1, before assembly, clean each piece;
2. Grease the thread and seal when assembling;
3. After assembly, carry out external pressure test, the pressure
is 70MPa, the pressure is kept for 15min without leakage, and the
insulation performance of the shell is tested. The internal upper
contact and the lower contact should be conductive without power
failure.
