basic introduction
The vehicle reliability driving test is to allow the vehicle to drive on various road surfaces to comprehensively examine its performance. The various roads used for the test and the mileage traveled on each road surface vary depending on the vehicle model, and the requirements are also different. Reliability tests that cars must undergo include anti-collision tests, wear resistance tests, etc.
Temperature and star test
It is mainly used to assess the use and storage adaptability of finished products or components under conditions such as constant humidity and heat, temperature cycle changes, etc., for electrical and electronic products, components, materials, etc. It is the most widely used type of artificial accelerated simulation test in products.
Argon lamp test
It uses lights to simulate the destructive effects of full-spectrum sunlight, and sprays to simulate the effects of rain, dew, exposure, and darkness. Simulate the changes caused by exposure of materials to sunlight in different environments. The material sample is exposed to arc lamp light, heat radiation, and humidity for aging tests to evaluate the light resistance and weather resistance of the material.
Vibration test
It refers to a test conducted on a vibrated object or model to evaluate the vibration resistance of a product in the expected use environment. According to the type of vibration load applied, the vibration test is divided into two types: sinusoidal vibration test and random vibration test.

Sinusoidal vibration test
Including fixed frequency vibration test and sweeping sine vibration test. On the basis of vibration test, controlling temperature and humidity changes at the same time is called vibration three comprehensive test.

LCS is recognized as IEC/ISO17025 laboratories accepted by CNAS and NVLAP, accredited by CPSC, CMA, accredited for CQC, ISTA, CBTL, SASO, SABS. Meanwhile LCS become laboratory authorized by TUV, BQTF issued by the SIG.
