Drag Bits: ABC supplies a variety of drag bits for many types of
projects drilling needs, including 3-wing type bits for soft and
medium formations, 4-wing, especially 4-wing chevron type for
harder formations. Each of our bits is machined from a forging to
exacting standards and then tipped with tungsten carbide. grade
tungsten carbide tips are brazed to the bit wing face for heavy
duty bits. The pin threads are CNC manufactured and wings surfaces
hardening subsequently.
Notes:
1. C-Center jet can avoid bit balling, eliminate fluid area at
bottom hole, expedite upward flow of cuttings and improve ROP.
2. Bearing with high saturated nitrile rubber reduces sealing
pressure and improves sealing reliability.
3. Full rubber oil storage capsule provides good lubrication for
bearing system.
4. G-Gauge protection improve the gauge ability and prolong the
service life of the bit.
5. A row of teeth is added between the back taper and the outer row
to dress the wellbore and protect the body of the cone.
