bearing materials. Even in severe extreme operating environments
and maximum load conditions require maintenance-free. With the
continuous increase in cost requirements, companies are
increasingly demanding the reliability of equipment and plant
operations. Metal self-lubricating bearings can meet
maintenance-free and self-lubrication under long-term use
conditions, thereby making it possible to design reliable long-term
self-lubricating systems. Metallic self-lubricating bearing
materials can be widely used in rotating, oscillating and linear
reciprocating motion under high-load and low-speed conditions. It
can also be used in applications where conventional lubrication
cannot be achieved or forbidden, or in special conditions such as
dust and impact. It requires long-term and stable use under
conditions such as load or irradiation.
Use caution
1. Where possible, use standard specifications as much as possible
during design;
2. Please pay attention to the presence of foreign matter on the
surface during assembly.
3．After using the sliding surface, the oil film formed by the solid
lubricant causes the surface to have a black or grayish black
phenomenon. Please do not scrub it and use it as usual.
4．Before assembly, if the lubricating oil is applied to the
grinding parts, it can shorten the walking period, which is
conducive to mechanical operation and operation;
5．Assembly should be slowly pressed into, is strictly prohibited,
so as not to damage the bearing and cause deformation;
6．When designing, appropriate materials should be selected for
different parts in order to improve the mechanical properties and
extend the service life of the bearings;
7．In high load, reciprocating motion, screw fixation is
recommended;
8．When working in fresh water, seawater and offshore, stainless
steel or chrome plating is recommended for grinding shafts.
