Product Description
A grain cleaning equipment that combines wind selection and gravity
screening based on differences in material size, weight, or
external contour. The machine uses positive pressure to generate a
comprehensive effect on the material through airflow and vibration
friction, causing materials with higher specific gravity to settle
to the bottom layer and move upward through the vibration friction
of the screen surface, while materials with lower specific gravity
are suspended on the surface of the material layer and flow
downward due to the action of the airflow, achieving the purpose of
separation by specific gravity. The machine can effectively remove
impurities from materials, such as moldy and deteriorated grains,
insect-damaged grains, black powder disease grains, empty grains,
sprouted grains, large and small impurities, dust, etc. It is
widely used in the cleaning and processing of crop seeds such as
corn, wheat, rice, cassia seed, soybean, vegetables, as well as
horticultural and forestry seeds.
