    The manufacturing method for Grade 1 ASTM F67 titanium foil primarily involves cold rolling, which is the most widely used process due to its high productivity and capability for large-scale output. This process is executed using either a six-high or twenty-high cold rolling mill.


    Heat treatment of the titanium foil is crucial and can be carried out in two main ways: vacuum annealing or continuous online protection annealing. In vacuum annealing, the rolled or sheet titanium foil is placed inside a vacuum furnace for heat treatment.
