Product Description/Features:
The direct-acting pressure reducing valve is directly driven by the
secondary outlet pressure to open and close the valve, so that when
the outlet pressure is less than the set pressure, the valve
automatically opens, and the pressure adjustable range and the set
pressure are associated with the valve to reach the full open
position.
The product adopts a pressure balance design, which does not affect
the export pressure due to fluctuations in the import pressure.
The pressure reducing valve is controlled by the control chamber to
control the action of the valve, and the control chamber is
communicated with the pressure behind the valve through the small
hole. When the pressure behind the valve fluctuates, the control
chamber pushes the action of the valve disc to keep the pressure
stable, and the pressure gauge shows the pressure at the outlet.
Pressure reducing valve is a pressure control valve that uses the
principle of hydraulic oil flow through the gap to produce pressure
drop, so that the outlet pressure is lower than the inlet pressure.
According to different adjustment requirements can be divided into:
(1) Fixed pressure reducing valve: used to ensure that the outlet
pressure is a fixed value of the pressure reducing valve
(2) Differential pressure reducing valve: used to ensure that the
pressure difference between the import and export is unchanged
(3) proportional pressure reducing valve: used to ensure that the
inlet and outlet pressure is proportional to the pressure reducing
valve
Among them, the fixed value pressure reducing valve is the most
widely used, referred to as pressure reducing valve.
