It involves detecting surface scratches, rust, and surface blemishes. The manufacturing process of steel balls includes stamping, grinding, quenching, hard grinding, visual inspection, fine polishing, cleaning, rust prevention, and final packaging.

GCr15 bearing steel is a high-carbon chromium bearing steel with a relatively low alloy content. It has excellent performance and is widely used in various applications. After quenching and tempering, it exhibits high and uniform hardness (high hardness and uniform structure), good wear resistance, and high contact fatigue performance. This steel has medium cold workability, average cutting performance, poor weldability, sensitivity to the formation of white spots, and temper brittleness. GCr15 bearing steel typically contains C 0.95-1.05, Mn 0.25-0.45, Si 0.15-0.35, S ≤ 0.025, P ≤ 0.025, Cr 1.40-1.65, Mo ≤ 0.10, Ni ≤ 0.30, Cu ≤ 0.25, and Ni+Cu ≤ 0.50.
