The 16gauge, 17gauge and 18 gauge staples that client want can be
produced on same machine SU60-2 but need
to exchange the punching mold.
The 15gaugee staples that client want can be produced on machine
SU60-3.
The 22gauge and 25gauge staple that client want can be produced on
same machine SU60-4 but need to
exchange the punching mold.
The wire bands feeding and finished staple pushing are both using
servo motor driven type, which can save
pressure air and pneumatic parts. But when you exchange the staple
length in machine,
you need to adjust the position of cutter also.
