Brief Introduction of iZXQ-1:
Mounting is a very important step in the preparation process of
metallographic specimens, especially for some tiny samples that are
difficult to hold, irregularly shaped specimens that require edge
protection, or specimens that require automatic grinding and
polishing. Inlay is an essential process.
The iqualitrol iZXQ-1 automatic multi-head inlay machine is an
advanced hydraulic water-cooled automatic sample inlay equipment.
The inlay process is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer
program, realizing one-click inlay processes such as heating,
pressurization, pressure holding, cooling, and pressure relief.
One Key operation, no operator is required, automatic specimen
inlaying is completed, and it has an audible and visual alarm
function.

The iqualitrol iZXQ-1 has 6 built-in long mold sets and is equipped
with intermediate spacer, which can complete the inlay of 12
samples at the same time.
Corresponding to the number of samples ground by automatic grinding
and polishing machines on the market, one mounting can satisfy two
automatic grinding and polishing machines at the same time to
quickly prepare metallographic samples.
The machine uses a high-power hydraulic power unit, integrated
heating and cooling devices, a streamlined and efficient structure,
and complete isolation and safety protection functions.
Equipped with an automatic sliding lid opening system, multiple
samples can be ejected at one time, eliminating the cumbersome
steps of operating multiple mounting machines to open the lids one
by one.
The operator only needs to place the sample and add the mounting
material, and the rest of the operations are completed
automatically, which greatly reduces labor force.
It is extremely efficient and has good mounting quality. It is
especially suitable for production enterprises to prepare large
quantities of mounting samples.
