The ERW steel pipe is made of hot-rolled steel coils that have been put through a process known as cold roll forming. The resulting pipe can have a uniform wall thickness with an allowable amount of variation between -0.25mm and +0.25mm. Its outside diameter also can be accurately machined to a close tolerance. According to the API standard or GB/T9711.1 standard, both ends of the steel pipe are beveled and the pipe is cut to the required length

With a wall thickness being anywhere from 3mm to 18mm, our pipe has what it takes to bear heavy load while delivering exceptional performance.
