WINLEY presents a comprehensive range of liquid-filled Three-Phase
Pad-Mounted distribution transformers that adhere to relevant
ANSI®/IEEE® standards. Capable of handling high voltages reaching
up to 34.5 kV and ratings up to 5,000 kVA, these transformers are
ideal for applications demanding high voltage and substantial
capacity, including power substations and industrial power
consumption.
STRUCTURE
1)The transformer part and the control cabinet part of the United
States variation, of which the transformer part is a fully sealed
structure, and the insulating oil can be two types of high ignition
point oil or ordinary oil.
2)The control cabinet is divided into a high-voltage room and a
low-voltage room.
3)The high-voltage room is equipped with: high-voltage cable plug,
lightning arrester, load switch operating handle, non-excitation
tap switch handle, plug-in fuse, pressure release valve,
thermometer, pressure gauge, oil Position gauges, oil filling
plugs, oil drain valves, etc., load switches, off-excitation tap
changers, plug-in fuses, etc. are all immersed in transformer oil
together with the transformer core. The high-voltage cable and the
transformer are connected by elbow cable connectors.
4)The low-voltage side can be installed with air circuit breakers,
current transformers, as well as electric energy meters, ammeters
and voltmeters, and output circuits and capacitance compensation
devices can be configured according to user needs.
Performance
1.using the corrugated tank sealing structure, enclosure, to
prevent contact with air, water in contact with the transformer,
reducing the degree of aging of the oil, to extend the service life
of the transformer; Through the elastic deformation of corrugated
to adjust the volume change of transformer oil heat bilges cold
shrink.
2. the product structure for the outdoor type, oil-free
pillow,anti-fouling high level;; in normal use period without
replacement transformer oil, truly maintenance-free, to ensure safe
operation and reliability of the grid.
3. the transformer has a pressure release safety devices, when a
transformer failure pressure is too high, it can be safely released
reliably through the pressure relief valve to prevent the expansion
of the accident.
