ANSI IEEE Standard 13200v To 208V Loop Feed Oil Immersed Electrical Pad Mounted Transformer

A padmount or pad-mounted transformer is a ground mounted electric power distribution transformer in a locked steel cabinet mounted on a concrete pad. Since all energized connection points are securely enclosed in a grounded metal housing, a padmount transformer can be installed in places that do not have room for a fenced enclosure.

1)The structure is compact and reasonable, and the volume is small, which is only about one-third of the European-style box change of the same capacity;
2)Fully sealed, fully insulated structure, no need to set up safety barriers, and reliable guarantee for personal safety;
3)There are a variety of power supply schemes for users to choose from, which can adopt terminal power supply and realize ring network or dual power supply;
4)S11 oil-immersed power transformer is adopted, which has low loss, low temperature rise and strong overload capacity;
5)Double fuses (backup protection fuse + plug-in fuse) are used for protection, and the plug-in fuse fuse has the current and temperature dual sensitivity characteristics to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the product;
6)The 200A cable connector can be plugged and unplugged under load, and can be operated as a load switch in an emergency. It also has the characteristics of an isolating switch.
7)The winding adopts Dyn11 connection and the iron core adopts a three-phase four-column structure, so that the product can run under any asymmetric load, and the neutral point does not drift, the voltage is stable, the power supply quality is high, the cabinet heats up, the noise is low, and the lightning protection performance is good ；
8)The cabinet adopts anti-corrosion design and special spray paint treatment, beautiful and novel, suitable for various environments, and achieve the effect of beautifying the city.

Ambient temperature: no higher than +40°C, no lower than -25°C, daily average temperature difference no more than 35°C, annual average temperature difference no more than 20°C;

There is no explosion hazard in the installation site, no chemical corrosion and severe vibration;
Cooling method: natural air cooling (AN).
