Features

1. High-purity red copper hinge cables, having higher conductivity and lowering impedance between the transformer output and the welding gun

2. Excellent rubber sleeves and plum blossom rubber cores, having good pressure resistance, heat resistance, wear resistance, and bending performance

3. When the cooling water enters the terminal, it fills the cable and begins to flow towards the "+" and "-" poles, so the water pressure does not decrease, thus achieving effective cooling effect.

5. Due to long-term use, the copper wire may become rough and break, and the cooling water holes may become blocked, leading to a deterioration of the water cooling effect and even causing breakage. And in order to interweave the various strands of cables together without friction, reasonable techniques are also used in the weaving method of plain wires.
