Product Introduction:
Platform type spot welding machine is mainly designed for large
metal workpieces in industries such as hardware, sheet metal,
elevators, kitchenware, and automobiles.
Advantages:
1. The lower electrode is the electrode platform, and the workpiece
can be directly placed on the electrode platform for welding,
overcoming the drawbacks of traditional welding machines such as
distortion and deformation after welding.
2. The upper electrode has a joint arm structure, which allows for
flexible electrode movement and wider welding range. During
welding, there is no need to move the workpiece, reducing labor
intensity and improving production efficiency.
3. During welding, the pressure is generated by the cylinder to
achieve a balanced and consistent welding pressure on the
workpiece, ensuring welding strength.
4. After welding, there are no welding pits or marks on the front
of the workpiece, which improves the appearance quality of the
product.
5. After welding, there is no need to scrape putty or polish the
workpiece, reducing processing procedures, saving workers, and
reducing costs.
6. Scope of application: Used for welding metal plates such as cold
plates, galvanized plates, stainless steel plates, etc.

The shippment is 15 days after getting deopsit, but customized
machines should be more than 25 days.
