The machine includes 3 sets of flattening device which will form the round wire into flat wire into 3 steps.

Input Round Wire into Rolling Machine

You may input the round wire from wire coil and the rolling machine will roll the round wire into flat wire.(Hardness of wire is no more than HRC43).The maximum processing wire is 8mm round wire into 3x12mm wire.After flattening, the surface of wire is smooth. No trace of calendering can be seen after plating.

Flat Wire Forming as per Required Size

The final flat wire will be formed according to your special requirement. Normally it will be 10x2mm, 12x3mm, 2.5x14mm, etc.

Flat Wire Straightening and Cutting Device

You may input the desired cutting length into the touch screen, then the machine will cut the flat wire into certain length.

The thickness tolerance is ±0.1mm while the width tolerance is ±0.2mm, length tolerance is ±2mm.
