The cassava is fed into the feedstock bin by the loader. The cassava is then evenly dropped onto the belt conveyor through a vibrating device under the silo. The cassava will then pass through a two-stage washing device called a drying sieve and a washing sink. The washed cassava is crushed into pulp by grinding, cutting machine and scraping machine in two stages. The slurry is sent to the centrifugal screen through the screw pump to defibrate.

A fine fiber screen is then used to remove the fine fibers. The slurry then proceeds to the refining and concentration stage. The disk separator and hydrocyclone station are designed according to the design capacity requirements. After the refining stage, the starch pulp concentration is increased to 20-22 baum.

It is then pumped into a peeling centrifuge to dehydrate. The dehydrated starch cake is mixed and fed under the screen into the drying pipe system. The final starch product will be collected in a buffer tank, packed and transported to the warehouse.
