Titanium heat exchanger is made of high quality titanium pipe. In
terms of physical properties, titanium tubes have many advantages
such as light weight and superior mechanical properties. The
strength of titanium is large, and the tensile strength of pure
titanium can reach 180kg/mm2. Some steels are stronger than
titanium alloys, but the specific strength of titanium alloys (the
ratio of tensile strength to density) exceeds that of high-quality
steels. In addition, titanium alloys have good thermal strength,
low temperature toughness and fracture toughness.
Titanium material has the super strong corrosion resistant ability.
Our titanium heat exchanger use seamless pure titanium tube as heat
conductor, exhibits outstanding resistance to corrosion in a wide
range of aggressive media.
Due to its good properties ,the titanium heat exchanger widely used
in: Swimming pool equipment, Aquarium chiller, Marine refrigerant
system, Solar energy heater, Aquaculture, Pharmacy, Food industry,
Electroplating industry and some heat recovery from the waste water
or exhaust gas.
Titanium heat exchangers are not easy to lose metal ions, so they
can make full use of this non-magnetic characteristics and be used
as heat exchangers for pharmaceutical and food purposes. Due to the
strong corrosion resistance of titanium, the service life of the
heat exchanger is long, and the maintenance cost is less in use. In
addition, because of its small size, large heat transfer capacity
and other advantages, the investment and operating costs of related
equipment (such as pumps) can also be reduced accordingly.
