INTRODUCTION:

The series PS6I is a sturdy concrete spraying machine for wet spraying process.
This machine is of a simple design, advanced technology, reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, and is of a rugged construction to withstand the complex work environment such as tunnels, culverts, subway, hydro-power engineering, underground engineering, mines etc.

The working principle of PS6I
As shown in Figure 1 is the structure and working principle of PS6I. The wet material of concrete and sand is placed into the hopper 1 through the vibrating sieve where it is allowed to freely fall through openings and down into the rubber chamber 6. As the rotor 5 rotates, the pockets which are now loaded with the material, pass under a molded rubber sealing pad. When the material is conveyed to discharge hole, the compressed air is added in the air chamber 13. The material is blown into the rubber discharge elbow 9, where another compressed air is introduced through the cyclone 10. So it is dispersed, accelerated and rotated into the hose. The material is then conveyed by the air through a hose line delivery system to a nozzle, where liquid accelerator is introduced which then mixes with the wet material and air and then is sprayed from the nozzle for the specific application.

A:Generally, TT, 30% deposit 70% before shipment； L/C at sight (high bank charge, not suggest, but acceptable);100% TT in advance (especially for small amount and spare parts etc.)
