Elevator COP refers to the control operation Panel (Car Operating
Panel), which is a control Panel in the elevator Car and is used to
facilitate passengers or maintenance personnel to operate the
elevator. Generally, the elevator COP contains a series of buttons
and indicators so that passengers can select floors, control and
switch doors, trigger emergency alarms and other functions.
Elevator COP usually includes the following main parts:
Floor selection button: Passengers can select the floor they want
to reach by pressing the corresponding floor button.
Opening and closing buttons: used to control the opening and
closing of elevator doors. Passengers can press the door button to
keep the elevator door open, or press the door button to close the
elevator door.
Emergency alarm button: in case of emergency, passengers can press
this button to send emergency help signals to the monitoring center
or other relevant personnel.
Elevator Status Indicator: displays the current status of the
elevator, such as running, stopping, opening, closing, etc.
Door opening and door closing indicator: used to show the status of
the elevator door to help passengers understand when they can enter
or leave the elevator.
Emergency stop button: in case of emergency, passengers can press
this button to immediately stop the operation of the elevator and
open the door.
