RCF80GP crawler type high pressure jet drill is designed with a
crawler chassis, full hydraulic drive and top transmission power
head. It is specially designed for the construction of rotary jet
pile in quaternary cover layer such as soil, sand and gravel.
Equipped with single pipe, double pipe and three pipe rotary jet
drilling tools, according to the demand for rotary jet operation.
With a variety of methods including non - circulating liquid auger
drilling, air DTH hammer drilling, air DTH hammer drilling and pipe
drilling, the rig is adaptable and can effectively deal with
formation challenges such as loose cover, cobblestone and fractured
bedrock. Its wide range of applications, suitable for industrial,
urban and civil construction, such as roadbed, bridge, dam
foundation, subway, high - rise building basement, water
conservancy engineering seepage treatment. In addition, it can also
be used for ground source heat pump holes, urban deep foundation
pit support, foundation reinforcement engineering holes, hydropower
stations, railways, highway slopes and other geological engineering
of large tonnage prestressed anchor holes or drainage holes, as

Product Features
The tower hydraulic jet rig assembles the 20 - meter auxiliary
tower ( extension mast ), which is removable for flexible use
during construction. In jet pile construction, the design of the
tall tower reduces the number of assembly and disassembly times,
thus saving time and materials. In the construction of anti -
floating anchor, the use of the rig ' s own lifting equipment
avoids additional lifting costs. In the construction of inclined
bolt, the removal of auxiliary tower will not affect the use of
other functions of the rig. In short bolt construction, the
drilling rig can realize straight drilling, which greatly saves
time and provides convenience. The auxiliary tower adopts standard
design and can be freely combined into 5 meters, 15 meters and 20
meters to adapt to different construction needs. The power head (
through hole type ) with a diameter of 92 mm ensures the
permeability of 89 mm drill pipe and can meet the requirements of
three - pipe rotary jet pile construction and anchoring. The
configuration of the hydraulic track chuck makes it easier to
change the drill tool, while the high torque characteristics of the
rig allow drilling without the need for pilot holes in most
formations, further saving time.
