Q: What’s the delivery time when a customer has an order?
A: It is according to the quantity and the product, usually, the
goods will be delivered within 2-3 weeks after placing an order.
Q: What is the warranty for each product?
A: Usually the warranty is two-year for low-voltage electrical
products.
Q: How about The shipment terms?
A: FOBC&FCIF
Q: How about The payment terms?
A: Usually we accept TT 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against
the copy of B/L or before the shipment.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A:1. The sample order has no MOQ requirements.
2. First-order should be 1,000 USD and the quantity according to
the products.
Q: What kind of orders were received by Richuang?
