High Precision Vertical Manual Arm Driller Radial Drilling Machine Z3032
The radial drilling machine is commonly used in single piece and small to medium batch production to process large and heavy workpieces with different holes. It has a wide range of applications and can be used to make screw holes, threaded bottom holes, and oil holes on large workpieces. It mainly consists of a base, column, rocker arm, spindle box, and spindle worktable, etc. During operation, the rocker arm rotates around the column, and the spindle box moves radially along the arm. This allows the drill to align with the axis of each hole to be made. The machine is flexible in its usage. Generally, the workpiece is clamped on the workbench during drilling. For large workpieces, they can be clamped on the base of the drilling machine. Depending on the height of the workpiece, the locking device can be loosened to allow the rocker arm to move up and down along the column to adjust the height of the headstock and the drill.
