Pellet Machine Gear Box
The gear box used in our pellet machine is designed with
three-stage gear deceleration. This unique design allows it to have

made by a five-axis gantry CNC machining center, ensuring the

Our pellet machine gear box is connected directly to a Chinese
standard motor through a coupling. This not only increases the

Main Shaft
The main shaft of our pellet machine is made of 45# steel, ensuring
its strong and durable nature. To further increase its hardness and
service life, the main shaft undergoes precision casting,
quenching, and tempering heat treatment after rough machining.
Disc Discharging Shell
The disc discharging shell is made of stainless steel, providing
high strength and corrosion resistance. This helps to prevent steam
corrosion and prolongs the lifetime of the pellet machine.
Lubrication Pump
Our pellet machine is equipped with two lubricating systems – a
grease pump and a circulating lubricating oil pump. The grease pump
is responsible for lubricating the two rollers and the material
dial part, while the circulating lubricating oil pump takes care of
the main shaft bearings and gear box.
The gear box lubrication pump also comes with flow detection and
over-pressure protection, effectively preventing equipment failures
caused by poor lubrication. Furthermore, it has a cooling fan that
