About receiving details
Dear customer, because the lamps are fragile products, in a few
cases, they are damaged because the logistics is too violent,
please open the package before signing for a detailed inspection,
if you find damage, please refuse to sign for, and ask the
logistics carrier to issue a "proof of damage", and then provide
our damaged product pictures, keep the outer packaging of the
products, and contact us in time to deal with;
About product confirmation
If you are not sure if our product is right for you, please contact
us with your vin and photo of the original car and we will confirm
it for you
About delivery and shipping time
After payment, if in stock, we will ship within 2 days after the
inspection test. If the product is temporarily out of stock, it
will be shipped within 7 days. Usually in Asia, Oceania, Europe and
North America 10-30 days to get the product, South America and
Africa 25-60 days to get the product. We can provide invoices. If
you have any questions, please contact us directly.
About warranty
1. For defective products (excluding products that are artificially
damaged and/or misused), the manufacturer provides a limited
warranty of 365 days (upon receipt).
2. Defective items must be reported and returned within the
warranty period (with original packaging if possible). You have to
tell us what the defect is, provide photos and videos
