Description:
Cartridge heaters made by GME have two types of outlet leads: crimped-on or swaged-in Leads construction that consists in a high-grade nickel chromium resistance wire wound around a high-quality MgO core or tube that is centered in a stainless steel casing. Compared with the same large heat electric heating element, Cartridge Heater can save 5% of the electrothermal materialand the thermal efficiency can reach more than 90%.
Cartridge heaters are used for several heating metal parts and can be fitted with threaded bushings for liquid heating for certainapplications.
