XQGM-30A is a machine that combines 3ml liquid vial filling and cap
crimping function. It has an efficiency of 1200-1500 bottles per
hour, which can handle small-batch manufacturing. The filling pump
uses the XQX2 series which has extremely high measuring
accuracy(less than ±0.5%). And the pump material is high-purity ceramic pump which is mainly for the pharma area. At the same time, the self-developed control system and famous
brand air components are adopted to make the machine work stably.
High quality crimp head can make sure the capping accuracy and
quality. And this equipment has been tested to meet the
