• One pit loop before and one pit loop after edge trimmer, to guarantee edge trimming well and synchronizing with other parts of the line.
• One central guide to guide steel sheet into edge trimmer on centerline
• Double shafts disc slitter: composed of fixed stand, movable stand, double shafts. Movable stand moves on rails of base for knife tooling change. The upper shaft moves up down by AC motor, worm gear and rod, the knife overlap between upper knives and lower knives are finely adjusted by hand.

Drive is DC/AC motor, speed reducer and hard teeth face gearbox.

• Edge Scrap winder: Located at two sides of disc slitter, to wind up the edge scraps after edge trimming. Composed of base, frame, winding shaft, winding guide, drive, etc. Drive is AC motor and reducer.
