The Steering Box Assembly is a 4-Hole steering box complete with
internal gears and a tie rod & end that attaches to the passenger's
side spindle assembly.The Steering Box Assembly is used with
axle-mounted steering systems manufactured from 2001-current for
E-Z-GO TXT and MPT (Multi-Purpose Truck) Vehicles only.
This Steering Box Assembly will NOT fit the RXV, MPT 1000/1200,
Workhorse ST-350 or ST-480 trucks, the Clays Car, the Cushman
Commander 4800, or any Golf Cars or Small Utility Trucks made prior
to 2001. As a safety precaution, never re-welda steering box
assembly. If the front-end of your E-Z-GO Vehicle is ever hit with
great impact, the aluminum steering box and passenger's side
spindle can break; and a complete replacement of the Steering Box
