Heat Jacket Magnetic Drive Pump
Description
Heat jacket magnetic drive pump is a new type of magnetic pump,
based on ordinary magnetic pump, absorbing the advantages of
high-temperature pump, which is widely used in petroleum, chemical,
pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection, and other
industries, and can transport flammable, explosive, toxic,
purified, and other fluids with continuous work temperature lower
than 350 °C
Features
1. Heat jacket magnetic drive pump adopts high-performance NdFeB
(neodymium iron boron) and SmCo (samarium cobalt) permanent magnets
to ensure sufficient magnetic torque;
2. The can structure is designed as unequal sections, which reduces
1/2 damage caused by eddy current compared with the equal sections
can;
3. The unique new heat jacket design ensures that the medium will
not condense during the transportation process, and when the
temperature is too high, the cooling water can be introduced into
the jacket to take away over heat, which can effectively ensure the
normal operation of the motor and magnet;
4. Adopt hydrodynamic lubrication bearing, which is more reliable
than the concentric bearing of the original magnetic pump, longer
service life;
5. Adopt a new type heat jacket to ensure that the medium will not
crystallize during transportation;
6. Automatic stop device for breaking flow can be an option
according to customers’ requirements to avoid the dry run of the
pump.
Application
Chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, petroleum, environmental
protection, rare earth separation, smelting, pickling in automobile
manufacturing and other fields.
