Jumbo Drilling Rig
SRUP4S production drilling rig is developed for long hole mining. I
tcan drill holes with diameter from 64mm to 89mm and maximum 41m
deep. The suitable cross-sections(width x height) is from minimum
3.8 x 3.8m to maximun 5.3m x 5.3m.
Advanced control system:
Drill rod angle indicator on the operation panel shows small
deviation of the rod positioning. It guarantees the long hole
drilling quality. The automatic rod anti-jamming and return system
can protect rock drill and drill tools.
Rod handling system:
Rod handling system can extend and remove the rods automatically.
The rods handler capacity is 21+1pcs. The rod handling system
relieves operators from heavy lifting work and is therefor an
essential feature of maintaning high productivity.
Flexible boom design:
The positioning unit of the boom can do 360°dring drilling and
parallel drilling within the width of 3m.
Rock drill:
International brand high-power rock drills can provide a variety of
rock drilling solutions according to the surrounding rock
conditions and rock drilling needs.The standard configuration is
18KW,and the optional 22KW or 25KW is available.
